In this loop

  1. 0:01Senna's snare lands on Shaco's carry, the read punished before it can be dodged
  2. 0:02Lucian follows in immediately, capitalizing on the snare while it still holds
  3. 0:03A box drops between them, forcing Lucian to backstep out of the zone it opens
  4. 0:05Zoned off his own follow-up, Senna commits for the kill herself and eats the box instead
  5. 0:06Q jumps in for the backstab, a crit on Senna that flips the trade completely

Senna set up the kill. The box made her the target instead.

Senna’s snare lands clean, the exact read a support wants against a carry standing a half-step too far forward, and Lucian follows in immediately to close it out while the snare still holds. That’s the trade going one way entirely: carry snared, ADC already closing, no time to reset. The box goes down at three seconds, dropped right between them, and it does the job before it even lands a hit, Lucian backs off the zone rather than walk through it blind. That leaves Senna alone to finish what the snare started, and she commits, straight into the box at five seconds. The Q was already banked for exactly this kind of gap: a jump onto Senna for the backstab, landing as a crit at six seconds. The carry that was one snare from dying is fine. The support that thought she had a safe kill is the one who nearly doesn’t survive the trade.
